I love that Lofty is an all-inclusive platform, so I don't have to buy a bunch of different tech. It includes the website and IDX feed, and even though there are optional add-on services, the core components are integrated. I appreciate that Lofty is a pioneer in the AI space for real estate and that the software is continuously updated and enhanced. I like the user interface and the new co-work tool, which offers a personal assistant feature within the CRM. The smart plans and lead scoring system help me identify which clients to prioritize. The ease of use makes navigating the platform straightforward, especially when creating smart plans and managing daily workflows. The number one drawback of Lofty is that it can be a little hard to navigate if you're not tech-savvy. It requires some time to study the platform and do the trainings to fully utilize its functionalities, much like driving a Ferrari. Also, customer service has improved over the years but could be a little better. Although it has gotten better since I first joined, there's still room for improvement.
