Ease of use and the price. Well even how it works. Very easy to find your way around I haven't been using the software for long. I have just signed up. It is very easy to use. What I like most is I can see my opposition around my business for each keyword I want to rank for and of course where I rank for that keyword. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike the messaging system. It only allows 25 messages. When I signed up for another month it did not even get reset. So I cannot use the message feature. Nowhere does it say how many messages are used and how many still to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
