What I like best about Lob is the performance visibility and the ROI.
We have much better insight into what happens after a piece of mail is sent, including whether postcards were delivered or were undeliverable and why. That visibility used to require a much more manual process for us.
Before Lob, we also relied on another company to process returned mail, count the undeliverable pieces, and provide us with an Excel report. That was costing us around $500 per month. Lob has that functionality built directly into the platform, so we’ve been able to eliminate that additional cost while also saving a significant amount of manual work. There really isn’t much we dislike about Lob.
If I had to pick one area, it would be that some of the more advanced features and reporting can take a little time to fully understand when you first start using the platform.
It definitely has a learning curve for the more advanced features, but once you learn everything the possibilities are endless! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
