What do you like best about LoadMaster?

What I like most about LoadMaster is how it simplifies shipment management and provides excellent track-and-trace visibility. It gives me a clear view of every shipment throughout its journey, making it easy to monitor progress, respond quickly to delays, and keep customers informed. The centralized dashboard, real-time updates, and efficient workflow help streamline daily logistics operations and reduce manual effort. What do you dislike about LoadMaster?

One area where LoadMaster could improve is the user interface, which can feel a bit dated and take some time for new users to learn often comparing it to Excel. Certain workflows require multiple steps, and generating customized reports could be more intuitive. While the platform is powerful and reliable, a more modern design and streamlined navigation would make everyday tasks faster and improve the overall user experience.
