What do you like best about Loaded?

Real time reporting, clear and concise.

From the initial stock and recipe entrys, allowing you to accurately measure cost of goods.

Clear time management vs sales gives clear historical and real time data

Support is fast and efficient

What do you dislike about Loaded?

The only dislike it can get quite absorbing to use.

What problems is Loaded solving and how is that benefiting you?

Daily management of the cost of goods. Easy menu pricing, keeping ahead of the market

Easy development of the team, as easy to read reports leads to manageable accountability for all team members ie. roster vs actual alongside actual sales.

If the sales forecast changed, did the staff ratio get managed accordingly. If sales peaked did the staff level get increased so that there was no negative customer experiences? Or did sales decrease and staff get managed to early finishes/take breaks - or was this not managed? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
