The ability to see all of the previous sales data when publishing a roster and having a budget where you can forecast sales and match that to the roster very much helps us keep labour costs at a certain percentage. On top of this, having live cost of goods and seeing any dishes that are selling a lot that are outside of our cost of goods threshold allows us to take action immediately. These two areas have saved us and made us a lot of money over the years that we've used Loaded Reports, there's no doubt that it is value for money from our point of view.
