LMS or Learning Management System is used primarily for training purposes. It houses all the training requirements and is used for new staff onboarding and training assignments. Staff complete their training in LMS and their training record is kept for training compliance purposes and can be presented as proof of training documentation during audits. LMS sometimes has glitches and staff is not able to open training assignments or sign for training they have completed, making the training overdue in the system and thus showing negative training compliance for the staff member and company metrics.
