What do you like best about Lixsa.ai?

The best thing about Lixsa is that our customers are unable to distinguish between a machine and the human attention from our team. We have noticed a tremendous improvement in our customer service as it is always available and always providing the correct information that our customers need. What do you dislike about Lixsa.ai?

While there is still much to improve and grow in this software, I would say what I like the least is that there is not yet a mobile application where I can receive notifications. Additionally, I would like it to integrate with more communication channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lixsa.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

What has primarily been resolved for us is the ability to always be available for our customers, providing the information they request, and without seeming like a robot. This is the most important aspect since our customers are older adults who prefer to communicate through voice messages via WhatsApp and do not consider the time, so they write at any hour and expect a quick and accurate response. From that perspective, Lixsa has made a very substantial difference in our business, in brand perception, and fundamentally in sales growth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
