"Reliable Playback Without the Vimeo Price Tag"

What do you like best about Livid?

Great video quality at a fraction of the Vimeo price, with reliable playback for my clients every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Livid?

The only thing I'd like to see is a bit more in the way of built in guides or tutorials for some of the less common settings, though it hasn't been a real problem for how I use it day to day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Livid solving and how is that benefiting you?

My main problem was cost. I was paying a lot more on Vimeo for the same basic hosting and playback needs, and Livid solved that by giving me the same reliability at a fraction of the price. That savings matters for a small business like mine where every dollar counts.

I've also noticed they're actively developing their API and staying in close contact with customers about it, responding directly to questions on their Facebook page about what's coming and how to access it. That kind of communication gives me confidence they're building this product with real customer input, not just shipping features in a vacuum. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
