What do you like best about LiveReach AI?

LiveReach AI has been wonderful for us. Their level of service has been outstanding.

- Easy installation and setup

- Simple search feature to look for incidents

- Quickly create alert, cases, or reports to share with others

- Ability to setup different analytics to get much needed data

What do you dislike about LiveReach AI?

What problems is LiveReach AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were able to increase our wash cars per hour by seeing what where our pain points were and adjusting staff/equipment to increase flow. We used the data analytics to see how much time customers spend in the vacuum area and made adjustments to lower those times. We are to track usage via license plate recognition.
