I like the self-service employee tax vault feature where employees can view and download all historical tax forms like 1099-SA and 5498-SA instantly without needing HR support. The wellness incentive distribution is also a great feature; it makes it really easy to send wellness contributions or save directly to the employee accounts with just a few clicks, saving us weeks compared to before. What I don't really like is the employer matching tier setup interface. Configuring complex multi-tier employer matching rules, like matching 50% up to a certain limit, feels a bit clunky inside the admin panel. We needed our onboarding manager to assist us during setup. I think they need to deploy a more minimalist interface so users can easily open a menu or edit the percentage for the matching rules, without waiting for our managers to change it.
