Excellent multichannel platform, flexible and understandable interface. It allows you to connect all current communication channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, facebook among others in one place. The live chat team strives to make you handle the tool efficiently and therefore provide you with super practical video tutorials.the cost is affordable also has a free trial. The company's sales force, which is made up of 2 sales consultants, 2 salespeople and the person writing this as the manager in charge, has improved its customer service, since we are all interconnected to the WhatsApp business and can respond simultaneously, which is fundamental in my department.
