What do you like best about LiveCaller?

What I liked most about LiveCaller is that it allows me to unify calls, chat, co-browsing, and other channels into a single control panel, simplifying the management of my clients. It seems very powerful to me for optimizing customer service and communication strategies. Although I haven't thoroughly tested all its features yet, the central idea is promising. What do you dislike about LiveCaller?

So far, it seems like a good application to me. I would like them to integrate more functionalities such as AI integration and the possibility of integrating with APIs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LiveCaller solving and how is that benefiting you?

Improve customer service management and productivity. By having all communication channels in one place, I can access a complete history of customer interactions, which makes personalized attention and problem resolution easier and more efficient.
