What do you like best about Live Chat 3?

Live Chat 3 tool has all the basic features for a live chat which can be used for in-app messaging. I like that we can get the chat reports and also email the chat logs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Live Chat 3?
