Recommendations to others considering LitmusWorld Customer Experience Solution:

If you are considering LitmusWorld please bear in mind that this is not in any way comparable to the likes of a Google Form or a survey monkey. The platform can be used in multiple ways beyond just capturing user feedback. They also provide an EX solution and the bundled package is a way better deal than purchasing each package individually. Their recent product update - "Accelerate" brings a new bunch of features and UI changes, which I really like. One of the key differentiators is the data masking technology which makes it suitable for BFSI and other data security-focused industries. You should definitely add them to your evaluation list. What problems is LitmusWorld Customer Experience Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to identify the ground reality with LitmusWorld. We no longer contemplate customer emotions from the board room. We have data that shows the true picture.
