It is great how easy it is to have colleagues review the proof draft before it deploys. I also frequently use it every week and I have had no problems with it. **What do you dislike about Litmus?** I do wish that there were more personalization tools so my team could transition from using Liveclicker to strictly using Litmus for all things proof launch and personalization. I do know that there have been new personalization updates Litmus has launched recently but not the tools we do use frequently. **What problems is Litmus solving and how is that benefiting you?** My team has spoken to a Litmus rep recently who told us about the new Live Polling and we gave feedback in regards to hiding the percentage and setting a threshold. The Litmus rep recently got back to us saying he has forwarded the feedback and it is currently being reviewed. Litmus is also solving the functionality and ease of being able to proof review an email and the cabability to share a link to other team members in order to review it as well. ### 2. Litmus offers effective email marketing solutions that support in creating campaigns, proofreading, detecting spam, and other areas. It has great features that can be integrated with many email marketing tools that show how an email renders on different platforms and devices. It contains a sufficient number of browsers to test rendering issues and it is very easy to use which leads to the high frequency of use. They have the best email design guides in the industry which can help users to implement the testing easily. The renders are accurate. The editor has nice quality of life features that make it pleasant to work in. All of that little stuff really adds up and makes it such a nice platform to work in. The other huge thing is that the support and CS experience are so much better than most other B2B products I have the displeasure of using. The litmus team are proactive, and you can tell that the whole suite was basically developed by people who have jobs like I do. It's not my money being spent, but I'd fight pretty hard to keep Litmus in our stack at this point. **What do you dislike about Litmus?** It's really a nitpick, but our implementation of Marketo utilizes Marketo workspaces, and that breaks the ability to use their slick integration. We therefore have to send in our emails manually to proof, which is annoying but not a dealbreaker for our use case. **What problems is Litmus solving and how is that benefiting you?** We primarly use Litmus for the renders of different email clients. This really does just work. The renders are accurate and it saves me SO MUCH TIME. Through an ESP connection I can perform SPAM tests, this gives me more control over the emails I am designing. I can save, change names and even duplicate emails, so I don't have to rewrite them, the customization options of Litmus are very extensive, I love having control of what I'm doing within the program. **What do you dislike about Litmus?** Some minor details may be the programmer interface which is ambiguous and poorly worked, it seems a simple writer, the images in many opportunities do not load well especially with the drag and drop tool because if they are very heavy you have to reduce them in size so that the email can be loaded correctly. The support options are little explanatory I hope more support material to solve problems within the platform, little customization in the interface you always see the same thing at all times, it would be interesting to have more themes. **What problems is Litmus solving and how is that benefiting you?** We manage a lot of customer emails, we manage a lot of corporate social networks, so it is important to be able to answer the questions that they ask us within our organization, with Litmus we have managed to give these answers automatically, we have a large database that we upload to the platform to then be organized and send mass emails. We can provide all our users with previews of what the emails we are going to send look like. We do a lot of our coding in MJML and then bring them into Litmus for templating. The modular drag and drop tool is one of my favorites. I can enter the visual editor, take an image, and insert it into the email easily and simply. I can build in the visual editor without any previous configuration, which is very simple for me and my team. The templates in the design library offer a great variety. Litmus allows you to access many customization options for emails; it is very complete in the visual section. I can quickly sort and find the right resources for each project by choosing the one that best suits my needs at any given time. I have the ability to organize reusable code modules so that all the emails I design can be found quickly and easily. Furthermore, I can save time and get high-performance emails for my projects. **What do you dislike about Litmus?** I am satisfied with the service provided by Litmus, but I can suggest some improvements to the interface. I would like to see more customization options; loading previews of some email layouts can be slow if the connection is slow, plus in training there is little information on how to use Litmus. Also, one small thing is that there are no email previews that account for the device and browser dark mode settings being mismatched. It is either both are dark mode or neither is, which isn't a common situation but can happen. This is especially true for Google Chrome as "dark mode" isn't as simple as yes/no, instead you can have different themes.
