What do you like best about Validity Engage?

That we can test, approve, and get engagement data. This has streamlined our QA process. We are able to look at how our emails render in the mailboxes we need to check. We can see which providers our users have and optimize for them. The fact that the team takes feedback and actually works on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Validity Engage?

When approving an email you get a different notification for every comment. You can't tell if it's a conversation on one or multiple. That proof users can't use Slack or see the organizational structure. That when we have a proof and rename it the notifications and everything just have subject line. Recommendations to others considering Validity Engage:

The system is super easy to use. The new UX is very user friendly and saves even more time. The support team is fantastic and always answers questions quickly. Our entire team loves it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Validity Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our QA process is so much more streamlined. I would manually check different renderings and wouldn't be able to do it every time because of the time spent. We now have much better visibility into the process. Everyone in the company can view and it's easier to explain. Communication for approval has a location that people can now follow.
