What do you like best about Litmos?

We are happy that Litmos integrates with external systems like Dayforce. The integration means less work when setting up and mainintaing user profiles and assorted tasks.

The use of Rules and other automation features makes our job easier as Administrators.

Our users prefer the modern design and easier access over our previous system. The like the current microlearning content and delivery styles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Litmos?

We are frustrated that we are not able to asssign multiple due dates to Litmos-created courses. This has impacted our monthly new hire assignments.

We hoped to be able to restrict user access by times zone or another admin controls but were hampered by the Litmos implementation process versus our Infomration Technolgy department requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Litmos solving and how is that benefiting you?

The learning paths and compliance courses are helping us meet our regulatory/compliance needs.

The Rules feature allows us to easily assign our people to the correct teams.
