What do you like best about Litmos?

I like best how easy it is to use Litmos. From a learner's side, it's very straightforward. But from an admin's side, it's even better. I taught myself to use Litmos by playing around in it and through the Dojo. Everything you need to access is easy to find and easy to use. The reporting function is also great. Again, it's very straightforward, and I can quickly generate reports as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Litmos?

One of the downsides is the available content. While I have seen a major improvement in content in 2022, it still isn't on par with what I have seen from Articulate or Blue Ocean Brain. Keep working on improving that. I'd also like to see courses that can be easily switched to different languages, instead of creating completely separate courses on topics. The biggest thing I dislike about Litmos is the customer service. While I think the new portal is great, the response time is lacking. I've waited weeks and months for resolutions. Often things I present must be sent to the engineering team, where it takes even longer, and I am not provided updates unless I ask. Every system has their problems, but it seems Litmos has a lot of little bugs that should be easy to avoid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
