"Significantly better than Word compare"

5/5

What do you like best about Litera Compare?

Workshare Compare seems to capture text movement within a document significantly better than the built in text comparison function in Microsoft Word. In addition, recent improvements to the "Send Comparison" seems to give significantly more options (or at least the options are more accessible) for the format of how the comparison file is sent to the e-mail recipient. What problems is Litera Compare solving and how is that benefiting you?

I compare documents on a regular basis to very quickly identify differences between very similar documents. Sometimes this is to confirm that only names have changed - other times it is to confirm what additional larger sections of the document have been changed or added. Also, I have recently been using program to compare text which is extracted from a PDF (using optical character recognition) against standard form documents or against a document produced by an assistant to confirm that the draft I am working with in Word is correct.
