What do you like best about ListenFirst?
Being able to bulk tag posts so I can measure campaigns easily against benchmarks! This is something I asked ListenFirst to improve and they did! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about ListenFirst?
The ONLY thing is that it doesn't have TikTok impressions and the Word Cloud only includes Twitter topics. Other than that, things are going great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
