What do you like best about ListenFirst?

Being able to bulk tag posts so I can measure campaigns easily against benchmarks! This is something I asked ListenFirst to improve and they did! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ListenFirst?

The team at ListenFirst is unparalleled - they work seamlessly as an extension of our own internal team. The tool allows us quick access to answering both immediate questions daily and more extensive requests we receive from several groups, including marketing and content development. We are looking forward to several product updates this year, such as custom dashboards that will allow us to grant managed access to other members within our organization.
