I find Lipscore easy to use, which is a big plus for me. The integration with Shopify is another aspect I really appreciate, as it makes it easy to get real reviews that are product-specific. It's also straightforward to show real user product reviews directly on our site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find the way we send out the review invitations with Lipscore pretty limited. Being able to send a direct link would be easier. Also, as a small company, it has been hard to get enough reviews for GA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
