One of my biggest issues with SaaS companies is that they're always trying to sell you something while not actually working to your actual benefit. Linktrust has been a PARTNER and I truly feel that they are an extension of my team. They're always helping me find solutions at all levels. They literally will contact me by personal phone on weekends/vacations when there is an open issue I'm dealing with. I've always felt taken care of and supported Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of their interfaces are a bit dated -> but will take this EVERY TIME for the efficiency it brings. Sure there are tiny icons everywhere, but I'm not clicking 3 times to get to the page I want.
