This all agentic AI-powered platform enables organizations to gain deeper insights into their contractual agreements, minimize associated risks, and drive strategic value throughout their operations. With a robust architecture that leverages advanced artificial intelligence, LinkSquares redefines how businesses manage their contracts, making the process more efficient and integrated. Targeted primarily at legal teams and business professionals, LinkSquares caters to organizations of various sizes, including notable clients such as DraftKings, ProPharma, and TIME. The platform is particularly beneficial for teams that handle a high volume of contracts and require a streamlined approach to contract management. By providing tools that facilitate drafting, redlining, and analyzing contracts, LinkSquares empowers users to focus on strategic decision-making rather than getting bogged down in operational tasks. One of the key features of LinkSquares is its agentic architecture, which allows the platform to understand contracts in context. This capability enables users to execute necessary actions throughout the contract lifecycle via a natural language interface. Legal teams can easily assess risks, trigger workflows, and manage obligations all within a single system. The platform also offers post-signature analysis, allowing users to evaluate contracts after they have been executed, ensuring that all obligations are met and risks are mitigated. LinkSquares adds significant value by shifting the focus from merely managing contracts to leveraging them as strategic business tools. This transformation leads to faster decision-making processes and a reduction in risk exposure. By automating routine tasks and providing actionable insights, LinkSquares allows teams to allocate more time to high-impact strategic initiatives. The result is a more agile and informed approach to contract management that aligns with broader business goals. Overall, LinkSquares stands out in the CLM category by combining advanced AI capabilities with a user-friendly interface, making it easier for organizations to harness the power of their contracts. ## LinkSquares Reviews
 ### 1. Easy-to-Use LinkSquares with Powerful AI for Finding Clauses and Tracking Renewals

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda P. | Contract Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

I like that Linksquares is an easy-to-use contract management platform. Their built-in AI makes it simple to find key clauses, and it also helps us track important metrics and auto-renewals.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

I wish LinkSquares offered the ability to send expiring contract alerts to users outside the system, so they can stay informed. I also wish they leveraged AI a bit more, although it looks like that’s on the roadmap with a brand-new platform that we’re excited to try.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkSquares helps us organize our contracts, quickly find the information we need, and run metrics. I also get a lot of use out of the “keyword” search: you can look up a specific state or word in a contract, and it will surface similar language we’ve accepted before, without having to track it separately outside the system.

 ### 2. Useful Functionality, Exceptional Support, and Continuous Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2025

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

I like how LinkSquares tracks the changes/activity for documents, I like the customer support, and I like the connection to DocuSign.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

I wish the notification settings had more customization options, I wish there was an easier way to have tables or excel work with LinkSquares, and I wish the AI functionality was more accurate.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkSquares solves the problem of not being able to keep track of the status and location of documents. If a document was intially drafted using Finalize in LinkSquares, it is usually easy to locate all of the versions of the drafts or signed agreements. There is less worry about trying to track down someone to find if they have a version of a document in their email or on their drive. It's also easier to collaborate with multiple users and make sure key players are approving documents. LinkSquares helps eliminate some of the research of trying to find out when a deadline is approaching, and it makes it easier to stay organized. It also helps with the critical need to allow non-lawyers have access preset language with options that are based on answers they select.

 ### 3. Effortless Configuration, Strong Controls, and Outstanding Ongoing Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

A key upside of LinkSquares is that it is easy to configure and manage internally without having to repeatedly go back to the vendor or rely on IT for routine changes. Legal teams can independently maintain the system as needs evolve, which supports long-term sustainability, flexibility, and ownership.

The platform allows Legal to organize tasks and workflows in a structured way, helping ensure that key steps are not missed and that responsibilities are clearly assigned. This supports consistency across contracts and reduces reliance on informal tracking methods (e.g., email or spreadsheets).

Importantly, LS enables clear approval and sign-off controls, creating defined review checkpoints and an auditable record of authorization. This strengthens internal controls and governance, particularly in regulated environments where documentation and accountability are critical.

From a systems perspective, integration is relatively straightforward, making it easier to connect LS with existing tools and workflows without heavy customization or disruption.

In terms of cost, pricing is generally reasonable for the value delivered, particularly given the time savings and risk mitigation benefits. That said, document storage fees could benefit from further refinement, especially for organizations with large or rapidly growing contract repositories.

A notable strength of LS is the quality of support—not only during initial implementation, but on an ongoing basis. The support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive, and there is a clear willingness to take customer feedback seriously. This ongoing engagement helps ensure the platform continues to evolve in ways that reflect real-world legal and operational needs.

Finally, LS’s continued move toward deeper AI integration is particularly compelling. The expansion of AI-driven contract intelligence, analytics, and automation represents a meaningful value add and positions the platform well for future legal operations and compliance needs.

Bottom line: LS empowers Legal to manage its own system, organize work efficiently, integrate easily with existing tools, and enforce disciplined approval and sign-off practices—supported by strong ongoing vendor partnership and increasingly sophisticated AI-driven capabilities that enhance long-term value.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

While LinkSquares provides useful structure around contract-related workflows and approvals, its ability to manage the broader range of day-to-day legal tasks is limited. Legal teams are routinely asked to perform work beyond contracts, such as conducting legal research, preparing memoranda or correspondence, responding to ad hoc document requests, and providing informal guidance. Ideally, Legal would benefit from a single, unified solution to track, manage, and report on all legal work—contracts, research, tasks, and advisory requests—within one platform. Today, LS does not provide a comprehensive way to capture, track, and report on this broader scope of work, resulting in a significant portion of Legal’s effort remaining invisible.

In addition, while standard reporting supports contract visibility, advanced reporting and analytics are somewhat constrained. There is limited ability to aggregate workload across different types of legal activities or to quantify effort beyond contract review. This makes it more difficult to clearly demonstrate Legal’s operational value, assess capacity, and make data-driven decisions regarding team structure, staffing levels, and resource allocation.

Finally, although pricing is generally reasonable for the value delivered, document storage fees can become a consideration as contract volumes grow. For organizations with large legacy repositories, ongoing acquisitions, or long-term retention requirements, these costs can add up over time and require closer management.

Bottom line: LS excels at contract intelligence, but expanded support for unified legal workflow management, deeper workload analytics, and improved cost scalability would materially enhance its ability to reflect the full scope and value of the Legal function.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkSquares helps address several core business problems related to contract management and operational efficiency. Most importantly, it provides clear visibility into executed contracts by centralizing agreements and making key terms easily searchable, which allows Legal and business stakeholders to quickly understand contractual rights, obligations, risks, renewal timelines, and notice requirements. LS also helps establish and manage a more consistent contract process by introducing structure around review, approvals, and sign-off, reducing reliance on informal workflows and manual tracking while strengthening internal controls. In addition, the platform supports basic reporting and analytics that enable Legal to surface contract-related insights for audits, compliance reviews, and business planning, representing a meaningful improvement over ad hoc or spreadsheet-based reporting. Finally, LS reduces friction between Legal and the business by enabling greater self-service access to contract information, freeing Legal to focus on higher-value advisory work rather than document retrieval.

 ### 4. Great for all contracting needs!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brianna T. | Marketing & Growth Operations Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

I find it really helpful that linksquares allows our contract management process to be centralized and simplified. Integrating with salesforce, it allows our sales team to generate the contract and directly communicate with our lawyer and counterparties. So helpful!

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

I dislike that in finalize, if you click on one template and go back it does not keep the templates in a set order. So it makes it difficult to keep track of which templates I am making edits to as an admin unless I open all the templates in separate tabs before making any edits to ensure I don't miss any.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Linksquare helps streamline the workflow of our contract management. Communications are all in one place! Version history is easy to view. Dynamic language helps contracts generate in a breeze. Task functionality allows us to never miss a metric in our contracts and stay ahead.

 ### 5. LinkSquares has completely streamlined our Contract review and management process.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Risa O. | Senior Legal Project Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2025

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

The collaboration in the contract review process is excellent, and includes the ability to let numerous individuals contribute. By implementing DocuSign into the platform, the process of contract review and finalization is effortless. I am particularly pleased with the Analyze feature of LinkSquares, as it enables me to manage thousands of contracts, and I am able to link those contracts with their associated amendments/exhibits/schedules, creating a comprehensive picture of the life of the contract.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

There are no specific dislikes; however, if our organization were to start over, we would have provided better instruction to LinkSquares representatives on how we envisioned the design of the platform, as it relates to our business model. The one piece of advice I would give prospective customers is to be very clear how you want the platform to perform in relation to your business needs, and the LinkSquares team will be happy to help achieve that goal.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkSquares has provided our organization with the ability to create a comprehensive picture of the life of a contract, by linking a contract with all associated amendments/schedules/exhibits.

 ### 6. Helpful Template Builder with a Friendly UI and Solid Time-Saving ROI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

The tools for building templates are helpful. The UI makes it friendly to build what I'm trying to do within the confines of the system. It's decently fast, though it cant always do everything I'm looking for. The Integration with Docusign has been helpful, and I've seen ROI in time saving. Support is always fast to try to help. While I haven't used any yet, I look forward to the AI tools and additional supports from the artificial intelligence.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

The template limitations are definitely limiting. I've been able to make things work, just not always in the way I was originally hoping to structure the task.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its a good contract repository. While the template questionnaire isn't perfect, it is still a great help and time saver.

 ### 7. LinkSquares: Streamlining Contract Tracking, Organization, Communication, and Contract Creation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joni F. | Legal Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

Prioritize, LinkSquares’ matter management tool, which helps me with efficient tracking, management, organization, and communication with key stakeholders regarding contract requests.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

The Prioritize dashboard task summary does not display the most recent comment associated with each work item.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkSquares Analyze minimized questions from Sales and Operations regarding contract terms by enabling those teams to access relevant information directly. In addition, LinkSquares Finalize has decreased the time required to generate new agreements through the use of our templates.

 ### 8. Streamlined Contract Management with Room for Integration Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sneha D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

I use LinkSquares as part of our legal and operations workflow to manage and track contracts across different teams. I like how it centralizes contracts in one place, which improves coordination between legal, procurement, and compliance teams. The search functionality is very helpful when we need to quickly locate specific clauses or past agreements during audits or internal reviews. What I like most about LinkSquares is how it simplifies contract search and organization, saving us a lot of time. I also appreciate the centralized repository, giving better visibility across teams, helping them stay aligned without the need for back-and-forth emails. I value the strong tracking of key dates and contract status, reducing the risk of missing renewals or compliance deadlines. It’s practical and doesn't make the workflow overly complicated.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

I believe one area that LinkSquares could be improved is the initial setup and data organization. When we first started using LinkSquares, uploading and tagging older contracts required a fair amount of manual effort, especially to ensure accurate metadata. The search functionality is useful overall, but sometimes results can depend heavily on how well documents are tagged, so consistency in data entry becomes important. A bit more automation or smarter suggestions in this area would make it even more efficient. Better native integrations with tools like Google Drive, Salesforce, and Slack would make the workflow even smoother.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LinkSquares to centralize contracts, ensuring they're properly organized and accessible across teams. It reduces time spent searching for clauses, prevents missed deadlines by tracking status and important dates, and improves coordination between legal, procurement, and compliance teams.

 ### 9. Great team and time-saving Salesforce sync, but older UI and product gaps hinder workflow

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

The team we work with is fantastic. The integration with Salesforce saves a lot of time for us. The ability to copy templates as well.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

Disclaimer that this is for the older interface: it is not as connected as it should be, multiple products that don't always chat to one another (Finalize vs Analyze) Salesforce integration could be more integrated, mid flight information could be more robust. From my understanding this is improved in the newer version of the tool, but I have not yet used that interface

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solves the creation and codification of the contracting process, it helps us keep all these things in one place.

 ### 10. LinkSquares: Intuitive Workflows, Flexible Customization, and Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

LinkSquares is a highly user-friendly platform that has significantly improved our efficiency through its integrated workflows. The system is intuitive and easy to navigate, which made adoption across our team seamless.
One of the standout features is its flexibility—the platform allows for customization to align with our specific business needs, which has been incredibly valuable. Additionally, the automated reminders are a major advantage, helping ensure tasks and deadlines are never missed. The ability to trigger additional reminders further enhances accountability and keeps processes moving smoothly.
Another key strength is the level of customer service and IT support. The LinkSquares team is responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist, which has made a big difference in our overall experience with the tool.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

The dashboards take some time to load. I’ve already brought this up with their team, and they’re looking into making improvements.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business required custom dashboards and reporting. The team listened to our needs and helped us fully customize both our reporting capabilities, including automated extractions, as well as our dashboards.
