What do you like best about Lims.net?

I like that LIMS comes with a lot of support staff and help from the IT team. We had a training and I like that there are people there to answer your questions. I also liked that there was a question and answer portion of the training. I like that it will create less busy work when in the labs and that most labs seem to use it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lims.net?

It is not user friendly right off the bat Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Lims.net:

Have a trial period before implementation. This is because it is not intuitive to use at first especially for a newer company. Some of the problems that we have faced are that it is not user friendly right off the bat and it takes some getting used to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
