What do you like best about Lime Connect (formerly Userlike)?

The UI is simple yet effective, it has many useful features and it is easy to implement it in our operations. I've not had the need to contact customer support yet, however I can see that the team is made of more than 40 people, so I'm sure that replies will not take long to arrive if I ever have an issue. I've just installed it and we plan to use it daily for our customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lime Connect (formerly Userlike)?

What problems is Lime Connect (formerly Userlike) solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's helping in filtering out most frequent requests that we usually and that will be even truer when we implement the AI functionalities. That should reduce the amount of time spent on tickets by a big percentage, allowing us to better focus on more serious cases and other tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
