How easy they made the operating system to use, and yet still has everything so thought out.The customer service is amazing and get back to you fast.

I feel there should be a way to list more the one instruction on WO when you create one on ios, maybe there is a way, i like to use limble mostly on my laptop.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

limble helped us create a system where we now have great insight on OEE and parts usage etc. the reporting features on limble are amazing and we get information everytime you log in.

You can do this by going to Settings > Work Order Settings > Starting a WO's View Starts.. and update that to Template

My favourite part is that the data can be refreshed at differnt intervals, this is very handy when there are multiple users inputing data at any given time, this feature keeps the info current.

I have been using Limble for a while now and I havent found anything that I dislike yet.

Limble has really incresed the accuracy of our maintenence inventory. It helps us with ordering parts with little to no lead times.

I was told our old system is no longer receiving updates. Using limble is assisting us in maintaining our tools like Calipers,Drop indicators, scales etc.

Nothing as of this point, it has met or surpassed every expectation i could have had for such a program.

Tracking employee tasks from start to finish in as much detail as we wish to include, providing an excellent way to hold all employees accountable for their duties, involving our patrons with the use of QR codes and much more.

**What do you like best about Limble?**

What I like best about Limble CMMS, is the fact that is very user friendly. I must admit that I was nervous at first not kowing what to expect. I could not have been hapier with my results after such a short period of time. It was primary goal this fiscal year to try and improve upon increasing efficiency, and to build on more accureate planning at our local government office, as the Facilities Director. Katia Colwell and the entire staff are very professional and great to work with. I never felt pressured or uneasy at anytime during the  training experience. I was amazed at the degree of work they commited to making this system successf for our business. The Limbl experience has opened my doors to new learning experiences and has taught me the true meaning of self efficacy. I have  been the Facilities Director for 24 years and have never ben more organized. When you see the end results on paper,  the hard work is worth it. My colleagues are amazed at what this experience has done for our local government offices.

I would like to be able to start a work order from my desktop and then  be able to finish it using the Limble phone app.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Limble has improved on efficiency. Having a list of all of our assetts and  additional detailed information in one place,  as opposed to tracking down other departments for information has been extremely helpful.

Limble is ery easy to use with minimal training, but you are still able to get a lot out of the system by learning more about it.

I have not noticed any significant issues with the system.

Limble is perfect for our small business. It is exactly what the name suggests - a flexible software that is able to be customized to a business's specific needs. It's intuitive, user-friendly, and was by far the best product we found on the market for our business. From a small business owner who deals with lots of software - I can't recommend Limble enough.

The only downside I see is its scalability for much larger companies that do a lot of customer invoicing.

Managing our ~100 assets, maintenance schedules, and invoicing customers.

Easy to use and user friendly which is the most important thing for me.
Implementation was fast and accurate.

Plenty of features. I like the Calendar view the most.

Nothing that comes in my mind at the moment. Using this for a few weeks and our direct contact with Limble, Katia, was super helful.

Limble gave us the ability to schedule, plan, and track preventive maintenance for our facility when our legacy ERP system would not.  The ease of use and support provided by Limble to our technicians was a game changer!

At this time, there is nothing I dislike about Limble.

Our legacy system did not allow for technician visibility for the maintenance scheduling.  Limble allows our technicians to see the schedule and plan ahead.  The ability to upload pictures and technical manuals for assets really provides the maintenance team the tools and resources they need to excel in their job.

Limble is very easy to use and the Dedicated Customer Success Manager is available to answer all of our questions and advise on next steps as we roll out the service across our Hospital

There isn't much to not like to be honest, everything we need for our helpdesk is there for us and we have just moved from another CMMS as they didnt have half of the features Limble offers ue.

The Dashboards in the system provide live, up to the minute data on dashboards which are uniquly designed by the user, we have these dashboards on display in our Estates office and workshops on  55 inch screens so they are very visible throught the department.  We get plenty of comments about good they look and the data is eyecatching in graphiocal detail

Sometimes it's a little too verbose.  Giving too many options and taking time to get used to.

**Recommendations to others considering Limble:**

If you have unusual equipment, be ready for a lot of manual imputs.

Simply remembering what machines need what and when.  Nothing worse than finding out that your 2000 units overdue on a part replacement by machine failure.

There are a number of companies that get nervous about the idea of their data being offsite/in-the-cloud, so I'm glad to hear that you have leaned into the value that offers. It is a game-changer for all workers to have access to *all* maintenance data *no matter where they are.*

I appreciate the comment that sometimes you get so many options that it can become a barrier. I suppose the most detailed area to set up is in the dashboards (because there are so many different ways to filter and display the data). Is that the area you were referring to?

We're considering a few aesthetic improvements to match a website update we're about to roll out. I'll bring up to the team whether we should address that at the same time.

I mean, it is pretty cut and dry with exporting stuff into Limble. We are 100 % utilizing Limble at this point, and it takes care of itself. All of our technicians have said the enjoy using Limble. It is much simpler than our past CMMS.

So far so good. We've made awesome progress. There really isn't much for us that we dislike. We've been utilizing the system for about 3 months now with out any real issues.

It seems like most everyone is getting the hang of using it. Not everyone on the team has the Limble app just yet. The nice thing with the system though is they all have access to utilize the desktop to where a lot of them didn't have that access before.

I'm big on data, I am data management, so it was really hard to want specific data and not be able to get it before. To see in a company that you pretty much set up what you want to see and how you want to see for me it makes Limble a no brainer. Thank you guys for being the company that you are.

I have no complaints. The only question I have for you guys is, is it usually this seamless?? Honestly it was a seamless integration. We should've gone with Limble 5 years ago.

This transition to Limble has been phenomenal to say the least. Our team grasped the concept really fast. All in all I have technicians who hate change and within two days they were singing a different tune. They got into Limble and have been rocking and rolling. They are so confident that they were able to build their own custom dashboards and I was like ‘Wow you built this?”.  It was all very fast. I'm very pleased with the custom dashboards.

I love limble because it allows me to bring a whole new level of organization to my company. Even though I have never used this kind of software before, the videos provided made it super easy to learn and optimize how I use it daily. I can manage my time and organize our workload.

There aren't many negative things to say about Limble other than I wish I could schedule a face-to-face zoom meeting so I can really learn how to use to software. Even though I am pretty confident, I am sure there are tons I don't know yet that I could add to my tool set.

Using Limble allows employees to email any issues they might come across and enables me to visualize everything to prioritize each work order.

Easy and fairly intuitive to use.  We went from no CMMS system at all, so the batch uploads sped the process of getting things going.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

I wish the reporting was a bit more flexible, but all in all I don't have many complaints.

Previously we had no work order tracking system and no asset management system except for various Excel sheets.  With Limble we will be able to better track our assets and work orders and hopefully utilize it for more predictive maintenance.

I thought things would be more complicated and the software implementation would take longer, but with Limble’s setup, it's not. I’m ahead of schedule in implementing Limble to my company's needs and finding ways to utilize the software to streamline the daily business. The Limble Team is easy and fun to deal with. They are very knowledgeable about their product.

Implementing Limble to our maintenance program has been a benefit. With the help of the Limble Team, we have figured out a way to use it to track our customer's assets through our facility. Now, when a customer asks where their asset is, we can confidently give them an answer right away.

I am a huge fan of Limble and I expect that will continue! The implementation process has been straightforward and enjoyable. It has not been a headache like some of the integrations and technology implementations I've been a part of in the past. From sales to implementation, the Limble team was knowledgeable, personable, and dependable.

There's really nothing I dislike. Everybody is excited about using Limble. We are rocking and rolling

I really appreciate the youtube channel that Limble provides for on-demand training. It allowed for our training to be done on a rolling basis so that we didn’t have to pause operations to train all of our team. Our organization went from manual/paper processes to a fully implemented CMMS within weeks thanks to the team at Limble! We knew early in the discovery phase that Limble was the partner for us and after several months in, we are very pleased with this investment.

Having the ability to set up Preventative Maintenance work orders is the best!

The least helpful part for us was the app only because we have an older work force who are not so tech savy.

We did not have the ability to set upp regular preventative maintenance work orders. Limble has completely resolved that problem. No one has to try to remember when the maintenance should be done. Limble does it for us.
