**What do you like best about Limble?**

I really like how Limble allows me to add photos, as it visually makes it easier to locate equipment. It’s also very positive that the initial setup was actually very good, which made things easier for us.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

I would like additional steps to be included in the assets section. Specifically, I'd like to include the calibration company, add a field for the entry form, and another for uploading the machine manual.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Limble to keep calibrations up to date and track equipment. It ensures calibrations are done on time and helps identify equipment issues easily.

**What do you like best about Limble?**

Limble assigns you an actual person for onboarding. They create custom one on one lessons to fit the need of your business. The help team is available through chat and you will get actual people to help you with issues. There are so many of videos to walk you through any issue if you get stuck. We were up and running in about two months, it could have been faster but Limble was willing to work at our pace. On boarding was fast and easy. We use this system every day. There are so many features to use and to integrate to fit your needs.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

The GPS on Limble is a little lacking. You can scroll and find the maintenance location on their map but it would be nice to integrate with Google Maps.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Limble is giving us real time data as the maintenance is happening. It is allowing the service technicians to be able to look back and see what was done on previous visits. It allows us to look at each asset individually as well as by location. We can see how long the technician was onsite.

I really like Limble's intuitive user interface and robust reporting capability. The multilingual interface is critical for us, and I'm finding that the reporting flexibility will be very useful as we continue the onboarding process. So far, the initial setup has been good.

Implementation went very smoothly, our customer support manager was very helpful and helped us reach our expectations.  Also, the online support team was very helpful - if they didn't have an answer, they would dig deeper to find a solution.  The videos helped with importing from our old system.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

We are only a couple of months into the software so we are still learning quite a bit.  We are trying to figure out a solution for incoming "New" work requests to make it easier for our leads to assign the work.

Limble is helping me when it comes to audits - I no longer have to snip and paste each section when the auditors need copies of PM's.

I love how easy Limble is to navigate, making it user-friendly and efficient for my daily tasks. The initial setup of Limble was very straightforward, adding to the convenience and seamless integration into our existing processes. I would like to be able to attach a purchase order (PO) to a work order.

**What do you like best about Limble?**

Limble is one of the most intuitive, user-friendly systems I have ever used. The training resources are convenient, thorough and extensive for every level between basics for beginners and advanced custom settings. I have was given the responsibility of system implementation and taking on the administrator role for Limble, which is an entirely new project for me but the support and training resources have made it so easy to learn.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

The software's simplicity does impose some limitations when it comes to customization. However, these are limited to very specific and detailed customizations that we thought would be nice to have, but they do not hinder our ability to use the software effectively.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our first goal in implementing Limble was to create a work order system in which we could track every move of the maintenance team. As we've been using the system more and more, we're also excited to improve maintenance and asset KPIs with data analytics as well as create an inventory tracking and ordering system in place.

**What do you like best about Limble?**

Not only is Limble a well designed CMMS, the support staff is amazing. We were assigned our own personal Customer Success Manager (CSM), Kat Gwartney, and meet with her weekly to discuss our progress and for us to ask any questions. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. After every meeting she sends a meeting summary and recording of the call. There is also live online help, not a BOT. They always respond within a minute or two. Lastly, they have links to YouTube videos at the top of most screens that are tutorials on what that screen can do for you. Overall, I would highly recommend Limble.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

Have not encountered any downsides to Limble yet.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of my clients maintenance records were in spreadsheets, emails, personal documents, and on shared drives. Now they are able to house everything in one place where anyone that needs the information and has the correct permissions, can access it.

**What do you like best about Limble?**

Limble provided a solution to many of our maintenance operational pain points, including scheduling, interdepartmental communications, asset tracking and reporting, and so much more. Our customer success manager, Alex, has truly gone above and beyond to help us customize Limble to our company's specific needs, and provided live training to our maintenance teams, making for a flawless integration and implementation process. 
Their in app chat support team is also extremely helpful, helping us on the spot with any product, integration, or technical issues we may experience, though those have been few and far between. Our company has tested a plethora of software programs that go above and beyond in the sales department, but the actual product falls short. With Limble, they truly deliver in all areas, and we are considering using Limble to replace other platforms and software systems that we use on a daily basis because of how user friendly the platform is, and because we know their customer service team has our back.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

There are minor technical flaws with Limble that could be improved upon, such as an easier way to access, modify, and apply instruction sets and customized templates, but they have an amazing feature where we can submit customer feedback and product improvement recommendations to aid in Limble's continuous improvement.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Limble has replaced our outdated, and mostly manual, work order management system. With Limble, we upgraded to an all-in-one system that aids in scheduling, asset tracking and performance, operational costs, and preventative maintenance. In just the first several months of rolling out Limble to our team, we have data coming in on operational and labor costs, improved morale and performance among our team because of better scheduling and direction, and increased resident satisfaction because of improved interdepartmental communication.

The user experience in limble is terrific. I have tried multiple CMMS products, and Limble has been the easiest to use while still maintaining incredible versatility.  The program was so easy to upload my old CMMS database into and get started right away. Our customer success manager, Alex, was a great resource while training on the software and fueled great ideas on how to best use Limble.

Limble leaves little to be desired in a CMMS, it operates exactly how you expect any app-based software to act.

Limble is a great way to automate our work order system, QR codes can be scanned by employees to quickly address issues around our building.

Currently, it's only possible to add a single asset to each work order. It would be much more efficient if there were an option to include multiple assets within a single work request.

I appreciate how Limble delivers robust functionality without ever feeling bloated. It gives me all the essentials—work-order automation, asset hierarchies, PM scheduling, inventory, vendor and PO tracking, and real-time dashboards—while adding forward-thinking extras like AI-assisted diagnostics and no-code integrations. Best of all, I can toggle or rename almost any setting, so the platform adapts perfectly to my workflows instead of making me adapt to it. Integrates well with Microsoft Teams. Customer support rep with weekly meetings made config extremely easy and seamless. I use Limble every day.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

I found the upfront data prep pretty demanding. Importing our thousands of assets and converting our legacy PM schedules into Limble’s hierarchy took a fair amount of spreadsheet wrangling and clean-up—easily the toughest part of getting up and running.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve got every asset, spare part, and work order at my fingertips in one searchable hub. Thanks to the mobile app, our crew’s productivity has jumped by more than 30 %—technicians just scan a QR code, review the asset’s history, and close the job on-site, even when they’re offline.

**What do you like best about Limble?**

After weeks for reviewing the top CMMS systems, Limble was chosen to be the CMMS system that was felt to best fit our needs and give the support we were looking for. So far, we are very satisfied and have received a tremendous amount of support from the onboarding team and technical team. Limble is quick to respond whether it is a problem or with education about the system. The training library of videos is excellent and the live on-line training sessions offered are also great. We feel that this is the most user-friendly system of the systems reviewed, and our team feels Limble is great fit for us.

Nothing to dislike at this time. Limble is very customer centric and works diligently to keep their customers happy.

We did not have a formal maintenance management system in place before Limble. Limble is providing us with a central program to manage to manage and streamline maintenance activities. We are now more effectively managing assets, work orders, PM schedules and metrics tracking. It is giving us better overview of all maintenance activities.

As an IT specialist, this software has been much more successful in being used properly for IT tickets from non-computer literate people.  Very simple and easy UI that makes sense to those who don't understand computers.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

A few very small glitches.  For example in the dashboard overview they show the "\" character next to special symbols.  This is a simple programable error that can be fixed.  Same with when loading limble on your custom dashboard, the button gets tuck over another portal, even though you are already in your custom dashboard.  This is another simple error which I expect to be fixed very soon.

Helps keep track of assets as well as serve reminders for long term porjects.

Limble has been an incredible advancement for our department and work flow. Easy to use and understand, quick and straightforward phone app for on the road projects, and the training staff were beyond helpful and understanding of our specific needs. Short and sweet videos to help any immediate questions or how to’s is a nice touch. We have multiple locations and Limble has simplified access to all assets, work orders, and PMs for each with a single click. Everyday it seems I discover a new great feature in Limble that continues to help our department grow in productivity.

I have no issues with Limble at this time.

Work flow, productivity, documentation. We are finally being able to have documentation of our equipment, parts, work orders/requests, and daily work progress.

We've had a fantastic experience using Limble CMMS. From the start, their customer service has been top-notch—responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Whether it was onboarding or answering technical questions, their team made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

The user interface is incredibly intuitive and well-designed, making it easy for our team to get up and running quickly without a steep learning curve. Tasks are easy to track, reports are clear and customizable, and overall, it’s been a huge improvement in our maintenance operations.

Limble is such a easy, userfriendly, and simple tool to use for your maintenance needs. My team needs a easy to learn solution and Limble was it. It has all the features that the other complacated systems have and more. I use it on my mobile device all the time when walking around the plant and we can get maintenance fixes done in no time! The support I have received since starting with Limble has been amazing. I chatted with the CEO! WOW! W ho gets to do that. The implementation team has been awesome and very helpful through the process. Getting setup was easy as well.

I don't have any dislikes. I am just waiting for more AI features to be integrated in the software.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Limble is visualizing and recording data into our problem areas. Having PMs and WOs on paper did not help with the analysis or troubleshooting of equipment. We are now aware of our biggest hitters and where to spend our time troubleshooting problems.

I like Limble for keeping everything organized and in one place. It's very easy to use and is very user-friendly, which is great. I also find the on-the-go app makes it very efficient. The initial setup was quick and efficient. Also, they are very responsive to questions, and our personal trainer was great.

We do not utilize the parts section because we are all technicians and do not have one specific person managing Limble.

**What do you like best about Limble?**

The combination of easy-to-use software and excellent customer support. Limble has made it simple for us to track preventive maintenance and work orders, and their team (especially our CSM, Scott) has been organized, responsive, and proactive throughout onboarding.

The software doesn't have widgets for every KPI we like to use.  But they are working towards providing those widgets in the near future.

Limble’s ease of use and modern interface have made a big difference for our team. Our technicians are more likely to use the system consistently, which improves the accuracy of our tracking and makes planning preventive maintenance and work orders much easier.

We had no software or system before using Limble and everything was tracked manually.  Having all assets, asset info, and pm info in one place has been very helpful.  Operators having the ability to submit work requests from the asset QR codes has also been a very helpful tool.

Our team can complete and start/stop items with no delay, or switch who's in charge of various projects. We are starting to explore cost expenditures and it is populating data wonderfully.

**What do you like best about Limble?**

The best thing that Limble offers with their CMMS is the ease of use and simplicity of the data entry. You are able to create custom data ranges to easily sort through different categories of units. The work order system is also extremely well done and is easy to learn and master.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

The only downside that I have experienced with Limble is their report generating. While they have a variety of useful reports, I have noticed that they are missing a few important ones, such as an open work order report. I do not believe they will be missing this for long because their customer integration is top notch and they do a good job taking suggestions and implementing them into the program.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Limble has been a great program to keep our companies Preventative Maintenance scheduling up to par. With the digital calendar and reminders it is much easier to schedule customers without have to go back into previous work orders. The program also allows you to create PM templates for units. This allows us to have the parts for over 100 customer units in our system with the click of a button.

We're new Limble and in the short time we've been using it, it's easy to use, our techs are finding the app very easy to use and navigate and our users like the ability to submit a work request using a simple form.

The only downside right  now is the time it's taking to get set up but that's with any new platform.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system we were using was limiting our use for analytics as well as capabilities for our techs out in the field. Limble is easy to use for the techs and they are grasping it quite well. We're excited to continue to grow in Limble with reporting capabilities, parts ordering, organization and tracking of our assets as well as many other things. While we're working through this transition, our Limble implemetation rep has been great, as well as the support team that is literally at your fingertips.

Limble is very customizable. You can create your own reports (widgets) for anything. I also love the customer service options. Not only do you get a Customer Success Manager, but you can also do a chat. Everyone is very friendly and helpful! They also listen to their customer's feedback!

Just like any program, it doesn't do "it all". For example, we use a third party to send our PO's/Bills to our Accounting Software. But this is pretty standard.

We set up hundreds of Preventative Maintenance on our assets (equipment, trucks and trailers, building) to help with the longivity of our assets!

there are very minor items withing setting up your features, which we were advised were being reviewed by Limble.  At this time, i do not see too many items to dislike.

The ability to have our assets easily accessible to my team on the road.  This will develop our ability to begin asset tracking, something we have struggled with in our old system. Reporting is another feature that was very frustrating to me and my team from our old system.  We could never get current data easily and it was very difficult to assess assets for budget.

Using Limble has been one of the best decisions for facilities team. Before this, we struggled with tracking work orders, managing assets, and staying on top of preventive maintenance schedules. Now, everything is centralized, organized, and running smoothly.  It is very user friendly and the 24/7 support is so helpful. A special mention goes to our Customer Success Manager, Katia Gwartney, who has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She's always helpful, quick to respond, and full of valuable tips, tricks, and advice that make using the platform even easier. She's gone above and beyond by creating training videos and reference materials that our entire team can use—an incredibly helpful resource that’s made onboarding and day-to-day use more efficient.

From the start, the user experience was smooth and intuitive. The team behind the software did a fantastic job streamlining the work order creation process, making it easier than ever for everyone to input their data consistently and efficiently.

A special shoutout to our Customer Success Manager, Alix, who played a key role in the launch. Her clear guidance, thorough explanations, and hands-on support made the transition seamless for our entire team.

We also appreciated having access to a live support agent throughout the launch. Whenever questions came up, they were quick to respond and helped us stay on track without delays.

In the field of maintenance management there are many approaches to management.  It takes some thought to understand the examples given in the tutorials and consider how to make it work at your own place.  In some ways, Limble is very rigid and you have to do it "their way" and change your management style and accept it.

We recently replaced our outdated software with a new, streamlined solution that’s already transforming how we work. By adjusting a few internal processes, we’ve unlocked major improvements: requestors can now easily enter and track work requests, communication has improved across the board, and managing technician workloads and task prioritization is simpler than ever.

This upgrade has solved many long-standing challenges—and we’re seeing the benefits every day.

**What do you like best about Limble?**

Limble is a very user-friendly and intuitive maintenance tracking solution. A user can easily learn to navigate the software in less than an hour. Integrating it is an easy process, as Limble allows for data to be uploaded through an Excel template that the software provides. My maintenance team loves the searchability of the software. Each page gives you a search bar that will find any fragment of information that the user types, such as partial machine numbers or names. If there is ever a question about how to do something in the software, it has a built-in live chat customer support that will walk you through a solution either through text or video. There are also YouTube tutorials linked into the software so you can find help incredibly fast. They also assign you an account manager who will assist in getting you set up and integrated, providing you with ideas to make the process easy and efficient. Now that the software has been set up, the maintenance team is constantly using it to manage tasks and track PMs.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

There is very little to dislike about Limble, honestly. It has some features for you to add vendors and purchase parts, which my team does not use, but these features do not distract from the main use of the software. Overall, I have heard no complaints about the software.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Limble makes organizing maintenance tasks easy. It also keeps PMs on track, organized, and scheduled. Having a digital record of tasks and procedures will greatly help any new maintenance team personnel to be more efficient and independent from the start. Compared to the previous maintenance tracking software that my company had, Limble is better in every way. We can now easily tell what needs to be done, what assets we have, and plan for future maintenance.  Nobody wants to use software that is time-consuming to learn and difficult to navigate, which was a huge issue with our previous software, but Limble has been well-received and is seen as a great tool that requires little effort.

Limble has a great pricing structure.  Support knows their stuff and is quick to reply.  Our implementation specialist has gone above and beyond to help us become successful using the product.  End users that we thought would take months to adopt its daily use have taken to Limble in a matter of weeks.  This is due to it's simplistic and easy to navigate menus and work order system.  We are on the fast track to success with Limble.  It's implementation has helped to reduce a number of barriers within the company and is helping us foster a culture of trust and accountability within the organization.

The ability to automate reports to non-licensed users is the one thing we could really use.

Customer support and training.  Katia made our implantation very easy, she showed shortcuts that cut hours off of set-up time.  I have just gone live and have found that it's easy enough to use that even production supervisors can use it.  The app makes the entire program very easy for my techs to use (and actually remember) and enter data.

Just like any new program, the setup take time.
