To fully utilize the data linking features with PMs, you need to set up assets and their relationships in a very specific manner. If this setup isn’t done properly, you might run into issues where any changes to PMs force you to manually re-establish all the data links, especially when a PM is intended to be associated with multiple assets.

The lack of GIS or mapping functionality also makes it challenging to manage certain assets, particularly when field workers are required to travel off-site.

Writing and managing work orders in Limble is as simple as using something like Instagram. It's incredibly easy to setup, manage, and train people to use.

The learning center is extremely helpful for grasping concepts right from the start. In addition, both the Limble website and app are intuitive, which makes it easy to learn how to use them and to add assets and details. The custom dashboard is also user-friendly, offering plenty of straightforward options to tailor everything to your needs. The customer support is also 10/10. I like that there are many customization options and plenty to learn, but as a beginner, I would have appreciated being told to complete the entire learning center before diving in. I often had to return to previous steps to finish things I initially overlooked. Also, having a feature to bulk add various PM dates when entering assets would be very useful. Limble is super easy to use, and still packed with powerful features. I love how customizable it is, so we can perfectly implement it to our workflows. I find Limble extremely helpful for planning maintenance requests and responding to unplanned work in a timely manner. They are responsive and easy to work with, which is great. Limble also provides a level of customization that allows us to address specific needs for tracking and future planning without additional costs. This customization can be done easily on our own, saving us from waiting for vendor assistance, which I appreciate. It's also cost-effective and integrates smoothly with data from our current system. The initial setup was very smooth, partly because our CSM, Katia Gwartney, is highly responsive and knowledgeable about the system, offering useful suggestions. Very excited to have an facilities request tool where we can keep track of work being done in an easily assignable way, while also being able to use it to inventory equipment. Since it has so much identifiable information, as well as photos, even those who aren't as familiar with certain tools can use it to easily identify equipment. I like how agile the software is. We can make changes to our schema, to our data, to our users all VERY quickly without having to memorize a bunch of transaction codes. I love being able to see the calendar view of tasks that are scheduled. It helps our team stay organized and plan their upcoming days, weeks, and months. The calendar feature also helps our team know when items are being used and when people are busy, which is super helpful.
