What do you like best about Ligna?

The web traffic tracking features are amazing. Much clearer analysis of the visitor journey and their engagement than any other product I have used. Way better control over integrations. The new AI features have pushed it over the top though for me. Exactly what I have been wanting out of AI Agents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ligna?

Occasional loading glitches, but the system is constantly being updated with new features so I can accept that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ligna solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ligna solves the problem of having business operations scattered across too many disconnected tools. It brings website visitor tracking, CRM, marketing campaigns, automation, project management, AI tools, websites, forms, scheduling, and customer communication into one platform. That gives me a much clearer view of the entire customer journey and lets me automate work that would otherwise require several systems and a lot of manual follow-up. The biggest benefit is that I can provide all of this under my own brand and domain, creating a seamless experience for my clients while saving time, reducing software complexity, and giving me more control over how I run and grow the business.
