What do you like best about Lighttpd?

Probably my favorite aspect of lighttpd is it's reliability. Granted I don't use it at an enterprise level necessarily, but I've never had a single issue with it. It simply does what it's supposed to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lighttpd?

There's nothing to dislike. It's free/open-source and comes packaged with a lot of other open source stuff on the web. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Lighttpd:

Lighttpd is fast and lightweight. It does what is expected (serves files/works with various languages) and I've never encountered any issues in using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lighttpd solving and how is that benefiting you?

For one lighttpd is known for being lightweight and speedy. It's certainly sped up our processes where it's used and is extremely stable. It handles everything I've thrown at it without a hitch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
