What do you like best about Lightfield?

First CRM I've truly enjoyed using and makes me (and our team) better and more effective at sales. Could not imagine having to go back to using a legacy CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lightfield?

CRM was launched less than a year ago (November, 2025) so naturally the features and functionality are not yet at parity with the legacy CRMs, and the partner/tech integration ecosystem isn't fully built out yet. But product team is shipping fast so this is not limiting the effectiveness of our sales organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lightfield solving and how is that benefiting you?

CRM with full real-time context on our customers, prospects, and go-to-market motion (we've embedded our sales playbook into the knowledge base so it knows our persona, messaging, differentiators, etc.) It replaces and eliminates silos from a half dozen point solutions that we worked with in the past.
