I like that Lightfield is our central repository for everything sales-related. I can use our conversation and email data as a reference, and it gets smarter and compounds over time. I can activate that data quickly and efficiently for case studies, onboarding guides, email campaigns, and proposals. The meeting recorder and email tracker consolidate our data in one place, so I can see what my sales reps are saying and step into an opportunity to help close if needed. I also find the agentic prospecting valuable because it fills our funnel smartly with qualified leads and meetings. It helps us create concrete proposals, stay on top of follow-ups, reengage people from past conversations, and close faster. I found it cheaper and more intuitive than HubSpot, and setup was very easy. I also integrated all my HubSpot data in barely any time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think Lightfield’s CRM records are just a simple Kanban board and rows. I wish they were a little more sophisticated and turnkey, automatically updating records based on conversations or email communications with prospects and customers. I’d like it to essentially do CRM management for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
