I like how easy Liftify’s dashboard is to use. It keeps reviews from different platforms in one place, so I can respond directly to concerns or thank customers for their praise. I can also copy review information to create social media posts or other materials. Liftify integrates with our CRM and can automatically send review requests by text or email when we complete jobs, which makes it easier for customers to respond. Setup was pretty seamless because Liftify works directly with the franchise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
