The UI is truly user-friendly and easy to navigate. The entire team has been amazing—from sales to support—and everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to work with. The new AI reporting capability is a game changer: intelligence analysts spend less time bogged down reviewing posts and more time thinking critically about the results and turning them into actionable recommendations.
