The software and setup are straightforward, and the Liferaft team is exceptional. They’re always willing to help if you have any questions or run into issues. It only takes one threat that is identified and acted on to make the cost of the software worthwhile. The software does generate a significant volume of information that requires review, and the tools do allow you to adjust queries to reduce false positives.
