Hi there! I use lien waivers on a daily basis to issue out lien waivers to all our SC vendors. I find the customer service to be very nice and very personal. Lien waivers.io definitely has its limitations. The website portal is clean on the outside, but I think needs to be organized better. At least from my experience, when I want to search for a specific lien waiver issued in the past, I have to open up the project.
