The integration with ProCore to send a waiver out to our sub contractors when we make the payment and the fact that they can docusign it and it is saved in Lienwaiver's forever, is just so smooth and eliminates extra steps of printing or saving the waiver in a company file. The only down side I have had is not the fault of lienwaivers, but that of the sub contractor who doesn't know how or want to use it to sign. I would like the option in to add a note that would show up when I send the waiver, but the only way to do that right now is to go over to docusign as soon as I send it and then correct it to add a note. Hi there! I use lien waivers on a daily basis to issue out lien waivers to all our SC vendors. I find the custoemr service to be very nice and very personal. Also, the software has taught me so much about lien waivers for example like why it is so important to be specifc about partial vs. final, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lien waivers.io definitely has it's limitations. The website portal is clean on the outside, but I think needs to be prganized better. At least from my expereince, when I want to search for a specific lien waiver issued in the past, I have to open up the project. I can't just do a simple search function and the lien waiver will appear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that lien waivers can sync directly with procore. When a vendor sends me a lien waiver signed/notarized automatically goes to the commitment on Procore. That's huge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

On the dash board, wish their was an easier way to filter search for different specific lien waivers. Or if they were presented differently, always feel like I am excessivly scrolling down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
