Lido has a fairly quick learning curve, a simple UI, and an amazing ability to parse input via AI. It’s very intuitive and saves us a lot of work and time in our business since we do not have to manually manipulate data. Integrates with other commonly used data storage such as Google Drive and can be automated to pull new data when it is added to the data storage, making the process more automated and streamlined. Every once in a while, Lido won’t parse information correctly, no matter what cues it has been given. It would be helpful to have an AI feature that can assist with building written rules and troubleshooting, especially when you can provide examples of problematic inputs and outputs. This issue is quite rare, but it does still happen sometimes.

I also don’t like that we can’t access the API unless we pay an exorbitant amount to upgrade. For a small company, that upgrade cost is very high and unrealistic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
