The best thing about LexisNexis Intelligent Investigator is that it makes it easier for me to determine whether the customer actually owns the information they have entered on their Remitly account. On the upsides, I can view the customer's previous address, which they are the only one who knows, which helps me confirm that they are the rightful owner of that personal information.
