What do you like best about LexisNexis IDVerse?

Highly accurate matching of identity against a wide range of documents, with in depth info on why customers may have been flagged, giving a full picture of why the customer may have been flagged. A very seamless and straightforward integration that reduces the technical overhead required to integrate such a robust system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LexisNexis IDVerse?

No issues found on either the technical side or consumer side, having ran with the IDVerse integration for over a year. The only "negative" point we've recieved from a customer is the liveness capture being able to accurately detect too quickly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LexisNexis IDVerse solving and how is that benefiting you?

We found through other providers that identity verification can be clunky and awkward at best for customers with darker skin tones or in low light conditions. With IDVerse we found no such problems with has resulted in a lower technical overhead, along with a reduced workload for confirmation of customers who would have traditionally been flagged as false positives. Any queries are answered promptly through IDVerse's 24/7 support, reducing the feedback loop for flagged customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
