"Streamlined Candidate Management with Lever"

What do you like best about Lever?

I enjoy that Lever makes it easy to track email messages, so we can tell if candidates have opened the message or if it's left unopened, which is really helpful when sending messages about interviews or reminders. This feature supports our candidate management and enhances the candidate experience that we value. I also appreciate having everything in one place, which avoids the hassle of looking across different platforms for material. This consolidated space for all information makes the experience much more streamlined and helps to create a more concise experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lever?

I would say being able to see our information a little more summatively would be very helpful. It's not as user-friendly to be able to compile that information into one place, like you can in Google Sheets or similar platforms. Although the visual insights are moving in that direction, there are still parts that are not as easy to view in a comprehensive way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Lever:

Lever is a good ATS as it relates to having all communication in one place and being able to see what others are communicating. It is also good to be able to communicate with team members on Lever to further collaborate. What problems is Lever solving and how is that benefiting you?
