What do you like best about Lever?

I can see which candidates have been touched or not touched. It makes it super easy to track candidates, view tags, see where hiring managers can screen resumes as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lever?

The intergrations within Lever make it super hard and difficult to work with. For example, it's great with zoom tools and online interviews however Google Meets doesn't really work well with the lever platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Lever:

I recommend for those using Lever to look at Google Calendar or Microsoft to look at hiring manager's schedules. I think that it's super hard to look at it on Lever because you cannot move it around and it makes it hard to be able to build from that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lever solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am solving with pipeline speed and candidate management! I get to see what parts and stages the candidate is in if they are in the HW stage or phone screening. It makes it super organized for me to look different candidates and hire quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
