"Streamlined Recruiting with Outstanding Usability"

What do you like best about Lever?

I like Lever because of its ease of use. It's pretty user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to find things and quick to load. It also helps me keep things organized. Compared to other systems I've used throughout my career, I like Lever a lot. It's easy to share with a team, categorize into buckets, tag each other, and keep all candidate notes, emails, and contacts in one place. I like how easy it is to schedule through Lever, keeping everyone on the same page and eliminating the need for debriefs and additional emails. This has really streamlined things a lot. The initial setup was super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lever?

I don't like how when you go into a candidate profile, there are multiple buckets, and it gets confusing with more buckets inside them. I wish it was more streamlined and all in one page. Me and my hiring managers get a little confused by that sometimes. I also wish there were requisition numbers assigned to each position to keep track of individual postings. Additionally, I wish there was a way to see all the candidates without having to go into candidates each time. Also, integrating offers through DocuSign would be cool, but I don't know how to do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
