Current benifits that I like most is the ability to create our own workflows in the system with easy and without needing to reach out to the supplier. The user interface intuitive and the reporting has significant potential. The AI features should be beneficial in the future but need further development and refinement. There are no downsides per say. Where I believe additional value will come is their sourcing module adding multiple rounds of negotiations, the ability to add tables for finance/accounting need inputs, the accuracy of the AI modules, the easy of reporting despite its potential.
