What do you dislike about Level AI?

I don't have dislikes about the platform going into year 3. I’d love to see a training simulation module, since Level AI already captures all of our conversations and flags opportunities for coaching. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before Level AI, our team could only manually audit about 2% of our interactions, leaving huge blind spots around agent performance and compliance. Now, automated evaluations give us 100% coverage, driving a 60% increase in QA efficiency over two years. Instead of spending time on manual call auditing or reacting to isolated incidents, our QA team can focus on targeted coaching based on genuine patterns. This also breaks down siloed conversation insights. Level AI workers use natural language processing to pull intent-driven feedback from customer interactions, whether it is product bugs, churn risks, or broken processes.
