I appreciate that the platform highlights all the areas of my web application that need attention. It also lets me group related issues and address them together, which helps me get the best bang for my buck. Being able to track status and clearly see what’s still outstanding is useful for prioritizing where we focus our attention. Lastly, the automation features, including running scans periodically or on demand, are really important for making sure we’re not reintroducing issues and for staying ahead of recurring problems. While we have an integration with Azure DevOps, we haven't maximized its usefulness quite yet, but are eager to set that up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While accessibility tools have improved a lot, many of them really shine for traditional websites but don’t scale as well for web applications. Because of the nature of web apps, there isn’t a one-size-fits-all site map for scanning, and the data can be dynamic, which makes it harder to evaluate issues consistently. Level Access has made progress in this area over the past few years, but there’s still room for enhancements that would strengthen automated scanning and better cover more dynamic use cases.
