I really like the fact that LA CRM is cloud-based and very fast so I can use on any device. Plus, it is very customizable - allowing me to design the way I capture and manage my contact information. And the newest update to the calendar function is terrific - letting me create topic-specific calendars for my contacts. What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM? I would very much like to have a more robust mobile version. What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to manage several thousand contacts across a range of projects easily. I have numerous pipelines that I am managing. I also like the flexibility - I can easily add qualifying criteria that includes Groups to Calendars to various data fields - all very quickly and easily.
