What do you like best about Lendr?

Lendr is straightforward and has simplified several processes that were much more time consuming in our previous servicing software. Being able to pull monthly payments directly within the software is so helpful and incredibly time efficient. Draw processes and investor onboarding are much simpler as well, and I appreciate like the “impersonate” feature because it lets me quickly identify and troubleshoot issues that our borrowers and investors may have. Lendr also gives borrowers and investors more visibility, allowing them to monitor their accounts in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lendr?

One awesome thing about Lendr is their customer service, so the issues that we've experienced with Lendr are addressed quickly and our list is now very short. The team is very responsive and willing to make updates to the software quickly based on feedback provided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lendr solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lendr has automated many of the biggest time consuming tasks in my daily role, including payment processing, tracking loan maturities and extensions, monitoring insurance expirations, entering rehab budgets, chasing down property listings, routine borrower communications, etc. This helps me save a lot of time that I can now dedicate to other parts of my job.
