What I like most about lemlist is how easy it is to build multichannel outreach sequences that still feel personal. I use it for B2B prospecting, and the ability to combine emails, LinkedIn steps and follow-ups in a single campaign saves me a lot of time. The personalization features (custom variables, personalized intros, dynamic content) help my emails stand out instead of looking like mass mailings, which has clearly improved my reply rates.
I also appreciate the built-in lead database and enrichment, which let me find and verify contacts without switching between several tools. The email warm-up and deliverability features give me confidence that my messages actually land in the inbox. Finally, the interface is intuitive and the campaign analytics make it easy to see what works and adjust quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main downside for me is the pricing. Credits for the lead database and enrichment go quickly, and the plans with full multichannel features can get expensive for a small business or freelancer. The learning curve can also be a bit steep at first: there are so many features and settings that it takes some time to configure campaigns properly and make the most of the tool.
I’ve also noticed that the interface can occasionally feel slow when managing large lead lists, and some LinkedIn automation steps require extra attention to stay within the platform’s limits. That said, none of these are deal-breakers, and the support team is responsive when I have questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
