What do you like best about lemlist?

Lemlist is fairly simple to use, and quite robust in terms of capabilities to run a complex outbound motion. It's also one of the very few tools of its kind that allow you to run a LinkedIn outreach simultaneously with your email campaign. And the ecosystem with Lemcal as the calendar makes going live a breeze. I also found their AI LemAgent quite useful.

Pricing for the email only programme is very competitive. And multi-channel pricing isn't bad either considering the capabilities on offer.

The few times I have used their Suport, both the bot and human support has been to the point and prompt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

While the email-only pricing is outstanding, the multi-channel pricing vis-a-vis limitations feels restrictive sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
